Husband Cohabitating
We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any more. He said he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large quantity of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have an additional woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just following he had left our client.
We had been able to present our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
